This is how it works:
Go to Igive.com to register
(not much to it - just your email address). From the list of charities, select the A. Austin Amerine
Retreat Center as the organization you wish to receive credit from your purchases. Select the
merchant you want to use. You will be sent to the appropriate website for your shopping convenience. When your purchase is concluded, the Retreat Center will get a percentage of the sale.
It is as simple as that.
You still shop directly via each merchant’s website receiving their regular prices or discounts.
The only difference is that you simply access their sites through the online mall so that AAARC
receives a percentage of the sale. What better way to support us without impacting your regular giving
or costing you a penny!
You will probably find your favorite stores listed, as both online charity malls have hundreds of
popular merchants to choose from. I have found it to be easy and hassle free. You can also
customize your shopping by choosing only the merchants you regularly frequent. How cool is that!
